GameIN reserves the right to adjust pricing based on a thorough understanding of the project scope. Any changes or expansions beyond the initially agreed scope may result in additional costs.

GameIN will provide a payment schedule outlining milestones and corresponding payments. Development progress may be contingent upon timely payments as per the agreed schedule.

GameIN agrees to keep all project-related information confidential and will not disclose any details to third parties without prior consent from the client.

The client is responsible for providing necessary resources, including but not limited to assets, feedback, and approvals, in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progression.

GameIN will conduct thorough testing to ensure the delivered product meets quality standards. Any issues identified post-delivery will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost, provided they are within the agreed scope.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If not resolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.
